What started with just one Copper Cellar restaurant in 1975 has since grown to become a diverse collection of restaurant concepts, each offering a unique experience crafted just for you — our incredible East Tennessee community and visitors from around the world.

When the original Copper Cellar first opened in Knoxville, it was founded on a few simple principles: deliver memorable meals using the finest ingredients, ensure guests enjoy their experience, and make sure they leave satisfied. Fresh Ingredients. Local Flavors.

While each of our concepts offer something distinct, you can expect the same farm-fresh ingredients and locally-inspired flavors across all of our restaurants. Our exclusive commissary exists to maintain quality and freshness across the restaurants by serving as a USDA-inspected butcher shop for premium meats and seafood, as well as an in-house bakery for fresh breads, homemade desserts, and our “secret” sauces.

Serving East Tennessee & Beyond

In the decades since opening the first restaurant, the family and the company vision have expanded to include seven unique restaurant concepts with 19 locations across Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Maryville, and surrounding areas. In 2020, we also opened the doors to the Copper Cellar Marketplace as a way to further support the community with all your family favorites at one convenient market in West Knoxville. 

For those special occasions in life, we created Copper Cellar Catering & Events to give families and businesses access to quality, full-service banquet solutions. Choose from one of three elegant facilities for your next event, including The Showroom at Five Points, a 5,000 square foot venue in historic downtown Maryville.
