The Copper Cellar Family commissary is a cornerstone of our commitment to exceptional dining experiences. Unlike many other restaurants that outsource frozen ingredients and serve reheated meals, our commissary allows us to deliver freshly prepared foods to each of our restaurant concepts daily. This unique approach ensures the highest quality and consistency in every dish, preserving the freshness of our ingredients and the integrity of our housemade products. 

By batch-making and distributing menu items straight from our commissary, we’re able to guarantee the freshness and flavors guests have come to expect from us.

Our commissary serves as a USDA federally inspected butcher shop and in-house bakery, providing fresh items from across the region and beyond.
